WIP 46 - Character Rig & Animation Test

I was working on a Harmony Rig, I feel the character needs work, but thought to post, maybe I can get some input if possible. Also testing out some layouts ideas. I think i will go with the heavens gate style so I’ll need to rework the character for it.
